Two events, one location, one infrastructure: in 2025 a Christmas party and a gala were planned as one shared concept for the first time.
With the gala “Night of Polar Lights” and the Christmas party “Nordic Winter Night” held beforehand, SCHNEEWEISS Konzeptbüro realised two large client events in one sustainable overall concept for the first time in 2025. Both events took place back to back at the Eisbach Studios Munich.
Synergies in set-up, technology and logistics
The planning deliberately aimed to connect existing resources, technical set-ups and production processes efficiently. Through the targeted use of shared synergies in set-up, technology and logistics, a concept emerged that combines sustainability and high-quality event staging. Despite the shared infrastructure, both events kept their own design signature and individual atmosphere.
Overall project management, as in previous years
As in previous years, SCHNEEWEISS was responsible for the concept and overall project management of the events and coordinated all processes from planning to execution on site – including run of show, show content and media production.
