A ballroom with tradition, a conference the world watches – and for the 60th anniversary a main stage that had never existed in this form.
For the anniversary of the 60th Munich Security Conference, SCHNEEWEISS Konzeptbüro was commissioned with the concept and feasibility review of a new main stage in the ballroom of the Hotel Bayerischer Hof.
A digital stage and its animation design
The goal was to develop a modern, digital stage design and to create the matching animation design for it. The feasibility review clarified whether and how the concept could be realised in the ballroom.
Coordination of all parties involved
Alongside the planning work, SCHNEEWEISS handled the coordination with the media production, the stand construction, the media partner and the Munich Security Conference itself. The 60th Munich Security Conference took place from 16 to 18 February 2024 at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, as usual.
