Three large LED surfaces, a conference programme with awards and farewells – and all the content has to fit together.
For a franchisee meeting in Rome in 2025, SCHNEEWEISS Konzeptbüro took on the overall visual concept of the conference. The starting point was a design principle, from which a matching presentation master was developed.
From presentation master to award presentation
On this basis, SCHNEEWEISS also realised the award presentation for honours and farewells. On site, the team accompanied the technical execution including direction support and controlled all stage and screen content.
Three stages, one visual frame
A particular highlight was the three-part stage set-up with large LED screens. It formed a visual frame for the entire event and staged the content effectively.
