Children say what they want to be one day – and sound as if they were boasting. That is exactly what makes the idea.
Since 2010, SCHNEEWEISS Konzeptbüro has regularly handled projects for the Employment Agency in Munich and other regional offices. In 2022 the first statewide campaign followed: the promotion of career guidance for adults.
The task
Career guidance for adults informs people in permanent employment about their opportunities for advancement and, where appropriate, offers retraining and further education. The campaign was meant to draw attention to this offer.
The idea
With statements by children that sound like “boastful” wishes, the campaign makes people smile and think. SCHNEEWEISS led the creative process.
