Over 1,300 people, three evenings, three different moods – and in the end a sense of community should still emerge.
At a manager convention in May 2025, over 1,300 participants came together in Palma de Mallorca. Alongside intensive conference sessions, they experienced three evening events that offered room for exchange, inspiration and community.
Two evenings of Mallorca, one gala evening
Two evenings were dedicated to Spanish and Mallorcan culture – with local flair, culinary highlights and plenty of opportunities for personal conversations and exchange of experience. The finale was a festive gala evening with a seated dinner, comedy, a visual show and a top-class star act.
Complete event production
SCHNEEWEISS Konzeptbüro was responsible for the complete event production of all three evenings: from the event concept through programme and run-of-show planning and artist booking to the coordination of the trades and support on site including set-up and dismantling.
